Free Economy Shipping

Free shipping is valid for purchases of $75 or more in the same domestic order. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on international shipments. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via free shipping delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) once shipped for the contiguous United States.

Economy Shipping

Economy shipping is available for $8 and is valid for all purchases of $74.99 or less. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on international shipments. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via Economy Shipping delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) once shipped for the contiguous United States. Additional shipping time may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

3-5 Business Day Shipping

3-5 business day shipping is available for an additional fee calculated at time of checkout for domestic orders in the contiguous United States. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via 3-5 business day delivery arrive Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please allow for 1-2 days processing time. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for faster delivery options.

2 Business Day Shipping

2 business day shipping is availablefor an additional fee calculated at time of checkout for domestic orders in the contiguous United States. Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via 2 business day delivery arrive Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please allow 1-2 days processing time. Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for faster delivery options.

Processing Time

Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 1-2 days processing time to ship your order. This is in addition to ALL ship times (i.e. 2 business day shipping will typically arrive in 2-4 business days). Additional processing time may be required due to inventory back order, delayed shipping, custom orders, etc. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the first business day after we receive credit card authorization and verification. All orders are shipped from our Lehi (Salt Lake City), Utah warehouse.

Shipping Methods

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Carriers that may be used include, but are not limited to: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, DHL, and FirstMile. For bulk orders, freight delivery may be used.

 

Returns Policy

 

Items Eligible for Return

Due to the biological nature of our products, we can only accept items in their original condition. Items must be unopened and not exposed to moisture. Seeds may not be sown and then returned to bag. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted, as we cannot guarantee seed purity and germination standards if the product has been tampered with.

Missing/Damaged Items

If your package or an item is missing, please send an email to customercare@naturesseed.com with your order number. If you receive a damaged item or your item was exposed to moisture during transit, you may choose between a refund or a replacement. We will ask that you email a photo of the damage to customercare@naturesseed.com and which compensation method you prefer to move forward with your damage claim.

Returns Process

We will provide return shipping labels upon request. Please email customercare@naturesseed.com for return requests. Returns at the customer’s discretion (i.e. changed mind) will have the return shipping deducted from their refund upon receipt of the item. Returns due to damage, incorrect items, etc. will be covered by Nature’s Seed. You have 60 days from the day of purchase to return your order. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order. Exchanges are processed as returns. We will require you to submit a return request and place a new order with your desired item(s).

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our seed meets strict purity and germination standards as determined by independent seed testing laboratories and provide best practice planting instructions. There are a variety of factors that can determine the success or failure of your planting project, including soil quality, moisture, drainage, temperature, Mother Nature, etc. As such, it is difficult to make a “one-fits-all” solution without considering all the details of your project conditions.
